Rates
- All rates are inclusive of VAT.
- Rates are room only.
- Suites are all provided with kitchenettes
- Continental Breakfast: £9.00 or Cooked: £12.00 served to room, please give 24 hours notice.
- Toddlers under 2 – £5 / night, children under 10 – £10 / night, extra adults – £20 / night.
- Travel cots (bring your own linen) and highchairs available by arrangement at £5 per night per item
- Saturday night is minimum
2 night stay unless there is availability. - Some of the rooms are
pet friendly and are charged at £30 per pet for the duration of the stay.

- Weekday bookings are from 4.00 p.m check-in, weekend check-in is before
2pm or after6pm , with a 10.00 a.m check out - No smoking within the premises
- Family & group bookings available to combine guests’ specific requirements
