The Wi-fi Network & Password is on the inside leaf of this information book. Can't connect? - Try turning your phones Wi-fi off & on again. Still can't connect? Try our Lounge area downstairs, or call a member of staff on the mobile number provided.

Each radiator has a temperature valve on the side. We find level 1 or 2 to be adequate, feel free to adjust to suit your preference. Your room is equipped with a fan. Plug in & turn on if the room feels too warm. We also recommend opening a window in the Summer months.

We welcome your four-legged friends! We charge £15 per dog for the duration of your stay. This charge covers the additional cleaning products, cleaning time and any accidents that may occur! Most bars, restaurants and shops in Bakewell are now pet friendly, we do however recommend you double check when booking or attending restaurants.

We have 2 car parks located DE45 1DL & DE45 1DN. The spaces are not designated to each room, so if you cannot park in your original space, please feel free to use a different space, or car park. We also provide 3 EV/Tesla charging points - prices  in next FAQ

We charge the following for EV facilities:

• £20 Overnight
• £12 for 4 hours

Advance notice may be required due to availability.

Check-out time is 10am. We can accommodate later check-outs, if you let us know beforehand please. To check-out, just leave the key in the front of the door.
